I’m Lou, a French-born Londoner. The only thing I love as much as food is oversharing, which is why I am subjecting the world to this newsletter where I write about how food and cooking have seeped into every crevice of my life.

Don’t expect recipes or any sort of expertise; do expect stories of growing up in a food-obsessed country, of people feeding other people, and of what happens when you spend all your time in a kitchen (in body or spirit). And so much punctuation.
